This Privacy Policy describes how XYZZ LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Ready Morning platform, including our website, mobile application, and API (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and optionally a profile picture. If you sign in through a third-party provider (such as Google), we receive your email and basic profile information from that provider.
We collect information about how you use the Service, including which briefings you listen to, when you start and complete playback, your subscription history, and your preferred briefing schedule and timezone.
When you use our mobile app, we collect a push notification token so we can send you briefing notifications. We also detect your device timezone to schedule notifications at your preferred time. We do not access your contacts, location, camera, or microphone for our own purposes.
If you use the Service as a publisher, we collect information about your organization, workspace configuration, billing details (processed by Stripe — see below), and content you create (briefing text and generated audio).
We use third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics to understand how users interact with the Service. These services may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This data is aggregated and used to improve the Service.

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contacting us directly. Transactional emails (password resets, billing receipts) are not affected.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
